Pomadoraccio Tomatoes
I've never really been a fan of sun-dried tomatoes. I found them rubbery and decided I didn't get the hype at all. Until I found these lovelies. These are SEMI-dried and marinated. Tender, full of flavor, and perfect to add to summer pizzas and pasta. I know tomato season is coming but add a few of these to your summer tomatoes just for the contrast. Do it, and…do not ditch the oil! You can reuse it to marinate something else. Use it for dressings, or incorporate it into mayo (now you have aioli!).
