Generally, I shy away from items you can get elsewhere, and especially someplace like Target or Costco. I just can't compete with their pricing. But, this is all good for Chef Jenny Gao. Jenny now goes by her given name Jing. She called the sauce Fly because that means "a hole-in-the-wall" place to eat. I know right,? The story gets better! Jing doesn't conform to anyone else's notions of value, taste, tradition. It's one person's recipes, visors, and story, and her sauce is her story.
